We gather the first Wednesday of month @ 6:30 pm - except July and August, when we break for the summer.  Join your colleagues and network


  • Meet chapter members, and members of other chapters;

We thank Mr. Kevin Beals, Vice President and General Manager of Mercury Systems of Hudson for his generosity in granting us the use of Mercury Systems facility to operate from so we may grow our Chapter in numbers and capabilities, nourish their professional development, and collaborate with the various business and community agencies in the surrounding areas.

U.S. Postal Inspection Service


​Guest Speaker: Stephen Riggins, U.S. Postal Inspector.


Stephen Riggins has been a Federal Agent for over 10 years with the last 4 years at the Postal Inspection Service, mainly investigating financial crimes involving 32 suspect bank fraud cases out of Chicago tied to Cracking Cards.  His presentation will outline the scheme, case facts and the hurdles he had to get over for successful prosecution.

Mercury Systems, Inc. is a cleared defense contractor, and a classified government facility.  To be granted access to the facility, please register to attend this event no later than the close of business October 27, 2017.  There are two ways to register for this event:

Gregory M. d`Arbonne is currently the Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing for TerraTracker Corporation that specializes in the detection and identification of radioactive isotopes and Special Nuclear Material (SNM) in the homeland security and law enforcement domains, and the tracking of aircraft and other transportation modes in the Consumer, Aviation and Fleet Management applications space.


Before joining TerraTracker, Greg served as the Business Development Manager and Director at Textron Systems for Ground Systems at Textron at Textron Defense Systems; and for incident and Mission Command Systems at Overwatch Systems, covering intelligence systems for the military and law enforcement and smartphone initiatives with the U.S. Army.

He was also Director of Business Development for Activu Corporation, a provider of Intelligent Visualization Solutions for Control Rooms, Security Operations Centers and Emergency Operations Rooms in the private and government sectors.


Greg is an active community volunteer leader.  He serves on the board of the Nashua Chapter of Veterans Count of New Hampshire and is the President of the Colonel Edward Cross Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the State of New Hampshire of AUSA.  Greg is also a member of numerous other volunteer organizations serving local, state and the national communities.


Greg was an Adjunct professor for 8 years at Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA where he taught in the Business Administration, Criminology and Emergency Management Masters Degree programs.  A graduate of Fordham University, New York City with a degree in Finance, Greg was commissioned as a U.S. Army Officer through the ROTC program where he served with distinction for 21 years in a variety of combat units at the Platoon, Company, Battalion, Brigade, Division and Theater level, and achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  His major assignments were at Fort Bragg, Italy and Alaska.


Greg is a graduate of numerous military schools, among them the Infantry Officers Basic Course, Field Artillery Officers Advanced Course, Army Ranger and Airborne Schools, and the Command and General Staff College.  He is also a graduate of Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire with a Masters of Business Administration in Leadership.  His military awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit; two Bronze Stars; five Meritorious Service Medals; the French Medal for Expeditionary Actions at the Gold Level; the Ranger Tab; Master Parachutist Wings; the Combat Infantryman's Badge; the Expert Infantryman's Badge; and French Parachutist Wings.


Lieutenant Colonel d`Arbonne is a native of Cortlandt Manor, New York and lives in Brookline, New Hampshire with his wife Arlene.  They have two grown children who live in Colorado and New Hampshire.
