Other professional organizations and associations that offer security-related certification programs that may also benefit an individual's career path 

Board Certified Professional Security Consultant (CSC) by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC).  A standing accorded by this professional organization placing individuals awarded CSC status within the top one per cent of the consultant profession.  IAPSC is the most respected and widely recognized consulting association in the security industry offering business leaders and government officials access to the most elite group of professional, ethical, and competent security consultants available. www.iapsc.com.

The American College of Forensic Examiners International (ACFEI) recognizes the experience and educatino of individuals engaged in forensic examination and multi-displinary training in their field.  The ACFEI brings together professionals from a variety of disciplines to provide a reliable, credible forum for ethical and professional standards for forensics.  It is comprised of forensic professionals engaged in the fields of medicine, psychology criminology, dentistry, toxicology, questioned documents, accident reconstruction, crime scene reconstruction, criminal investigation, engineering, poloygraph, risk analysis, voice identification, and security and law enforcement.  Check out the ACFEI website www.cafei.com for programs that may be of interest to you.
